Commercial Operating Model Leader

Schneider Electric is shaping the Operating Model NEXT - a customer-centric, value-stream-driven, and AI-enabled model designed to deliver best-in-class services at scale.

The Commercial Operating Model leader plays a pivotal leadership role in this journey.

This role is not about incremental improvement, it is about architecting, enabling, and landing a new global commercial model that balances performance, scalability, customer experience, and cost-to-serve.

You will work at the intersection of strategy, operating model design, process, data, and change, partnering with senior leaders, global SMEs, and country organizations to turn ambition into sustained business impact.

Design, enable, and drive adoption of Schneider Electric's Commercial Operating Model, ensuring it is:

* Scalable across countries and segments


* Enabled by AI, data, and modern ways of working

What are the key skills we are looking for?

+ Commercial Operating Model Design & Evolution
+ Design and maintain the Commercial Model roadmap, aligned with the global Operating Model NEXT.
+ Support the evolution of the Global Services Commercial Operating Model toward a value-stream-based, customer-centric structure.
+ Define organizational design principles supported by an agile, demand-driven capacity model.
+ AI-Enabled Process & Ecosystem Design
+ Map and shape the future AI-enabled commercial process ecosystem, ensuring strong alignment between process, data, roles, and tools in colleaboration with BPM and Commercial AI Program leader
+ Deployment, Adoption & Change Leadership
+ Define and orchestrate deployment and adoption of the Commercial Model in line with the Operating Model NEXT stream.
+ Lead the deployment and continuous evolution of the in-country Recurring organization, in close collaboration with Recurring Performance Leaders, driving a shift toward more leverage through tools, data, and automation, not headcount.
+ Build and animate a global SME community to sustain adoption, share best practices, and continuously improve the model.
+ Performance Management & Value Realization
+ Define and track KPIs such as: Commercial Model Adoption Score
+ Change ROI
+ SFC / Sales
+ Ensure the model delivers measurable impact on customer experience, efficiency, and cost-to-sell and serve.
