Maintenance Engineer - Full time with benefits

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
1.

Supervise maintenance staff on specific jobs or projects as needed.
2.

Responsible for the completion of specific jobs and projects.
3.

Troubleshoot and perform major repairs to A/C units, plumbing and electrical systems throughout
the community and residential units.
4.

Troubleshoot and identify equipment or system problems in conjunction with contractors or service
providers.
5.

Troubleshoot and identify equipment problems and direct other staff members on how to repair
minor issues with said equipment.
