Maintenance and Contract Manager

Earn £50,000 to £55,000 pa, plus 34 days leave (including bank holidays and a me day) with family friendly policies

Permanent, full time (37.5 hpw) Monday to Friday

Covering our Yorkshire sites, working from one of our offices and from home

* Lead contractor relationships to deliver great customer outcomes


* Manage disputes and complaints with a focus on resolution


* Drive performance across your work stream and team


* Keep budgets on track and ensure value for money


* Support new projects and improve how we work

You have


* A RICS or CIOB degree accredited Building Surveying degree or similar qualification


* Strong knowledge of housing, building legislation and compliance


* Experience of managing contractors and resolving disputes


* Confidence using data to drive decisions and performance


* An experienced people manager

The practical bits


* You’ll work Monday to Friday.


* You’ll work core hours between 08:30 to 16:30 with flexibility built in


* We typically work on a hybrid basis with 2 days per week in one of our offices, with the rest from home and travelling to sites.


* You need a vehicle insured for business use, and we pay your mileage


* You need a Basic DBS check that we pay for.
