IKEA Warrington, WA5 7TY are looking to welcome a Warehouse Operations Team Manager - nightshift.

In IKEA we call this a Fulfilment Operations Team Leader.

Step into the night‑shift as a Warehouse Operations Team Manager at IKEA, where you’ll lead our fulfilment teams to keep products moving and customers smiling.

You’ll drive efficient nightly workflows, maximise stock availability, and secure full operational readiness — all while coaching and developing a diverse team, maintaining a safe and compliant workplace, and ensuring every shift delivers high‑quality, cost‑effective results.

WHAT WE OFFER 

• The Start Date of employment will be: 27th July 2026, can be discussed at interview.

• Starting salary of £29,215 per annum, based on competence and experience, plus a nightshift hourly rate of £2.25ph between the hours of 10pm and 6am.

• 39 hours working 5 nights per week including alternative weekends.

• Working hours are between 10pm to 9am, working approx.

8 hours nightly.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE

• Experience of leadership in a fast-paced warehouse environment with the ability to prioritise and organise your own and others workload.

• Business-minded approach with a clear customer focus and ability to meet agreed budgets and goals with the ability to make quick decisions and take personal initiatives, open to change and highly flexible. 

• Leading others, you will have good communication skills that can assist in building relationships with co-workers and customers. 

• Ability to implement structural ways of working within the area of responsibility, with problem-solving experience and strong computer literacy.
