Work you'll do:

Our Cornerstone Team is dedicated to delivering solutions that help clients transform their HR/Learning and Development practices, driving significant cost savings, increased efficiency, a stronger competitive advantage, and an improved employee experience.

As a Cornerstone Consultant, you will be responsible for:


* Supporting Cornerstone implementation workstreams across discovery, design, build, test, and deployment using an agile delivery methodology


* Gathering business and functional requirements, mapping user journeys, and writing user stories to support solution design and configuration of Organization Units, Learning Objects, Channels, Pathways, and Skills features


* Supporting iterative configuration of the Cornerstone application across LMS/LXP, Transform, or Technical/Data Conversion space


* Facilitating design sessions with client stakeholders to review requirements, validate configuration decisions, and refine the solution throughout design sprints


* Documenting baseline and current-state learning and talent service delivery operations to identify transformation opportunities and define points of value


* Developing implementation plans covering scope, milestones, budget, and high-level architecture, while monitoring workstream risks, issues, and project progress
