Delivery Consultant, Full Stack Development (ServiceNow)

Work You'll Do

As a Delivery Consultant on the team, you will be responsible for:


* Supporting the design and delivery of ServiceNow solutions across IT Service Management (ITSM), Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD), and Customer Service Management (CSM)


* Configuring and developing end-to-end processes including incidents/requests/problems/changes (ITSM), HR cases and services (HRSD), and customer cases and workflows (CSM) using Flow Designer/Workflow, SLAs, notifications, and assignment logic


* Developing platform components and user experiences with business rules, script includes, UI policies, client scripts, catalog items, knowledge, and portals/workspaces as applicable


* Building integrations and data movement for ITSM/HRSD/CSM using IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and import sets/transform maps with monitoring and error handling


* Executing testing and releases through unit testing, peer reviews, UAT support, and deployment activities following SDLC and change management controls
