Work you'll do
As a Workday Functional Consultant on the HR Strategy & Technology team, you will be responsible for:
* Supporting Workday functional workstreams for implementation and optimization projects
* Gathering, documenting, and validating business requirements related to HR processes and Workday functionality
* Participating in client workshops, demonstrations, and design discussions to support business process and system decisions
* Assisting with Workday configuration, testing, data validation, and end-user training activities
* Developing project deliverables, including process documentation, configuration guides, and training materials

Qualifications
Required:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent
* 1+ year of experience supporting, implementing, or optimizing Workday HCM in one or more of the following modules: HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, Time Tracking, Absence, Recruiting, On boarding, Learning, Performance Management or Talent
* 2+ years of experience gathering and documenting business requirements and business processes
* 2+ years of experience in consulting or in human resources, finance, or technology
* Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
* Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
Preferred:
* Workday HCM certification in one or more HCM modules including Workday HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, Time Tracking, Absence, Recruiting, Onboarding, Learning, Performance Management or Talent
