EPC Account Manager

Position Purpose
Drive sustainable growth for Schneider Electric through the Contractor / SI / Panel Builder / EPC ecosystem, by promoting and positioning the full Schneider Electric portfolio across multiple business units.

This role acts as a key orchestrator of multi-BU solution selling, ensuring Schneider is specified, selected, and deployed in complex projects.

Key Responsibilities2.1 Ecosystem & Account Management


* Develop and manage relationships with:
+ EPC contractors
+ Electrical contractors (MEP)
+ System Integrators (SI)
+ Panel builders


* Expand Schneider footprint through partner ecosystem leveraging


* Drive structured contractor coverage model across industries

2.2 Full Portfolio Selling
Drive cross-BU business growth covering:


* Power Systems (LV/MV)


* Secure Power (UPS / Data Center)


* Industrial Automation (PLC / SCADA / Control)


* Digital & EcoStruxure Solutions

2.3 Multi-BU Opportunity Development


* Identify and develop multi-portfolio opportunities within projects


* Bundle solutions across BU to increase deal size and competitiveness


* Drive cross-selling / up-selling within contractor ecosystem

2.4 Project Influence & Specification


* Engage early in project lifecycle (design / specification phase)


* Influence technical decisions through contractors and consultants


* Ensure Schneider solutions are specified in project requirements

2.5 Pipeline & Performance Management


* Build and maintain qualified pipeline (multi-BU opportunities)


* Ensure forecast accuracy and pipeline coverage


* Drive order conversion (hit rate, project closure)

2.6 Commercial & Deal Structuring


* Coordinate with BU sales and tender teams on:
+ Pricing strategy
+ Commercial conditions
+ Offer positioning


* Ensure margin optimization across portfolio

2.7 Partner Enablement & Capability Building


* Develop contractor capability on:
+ Multi-BU portfolio understanding
+ Solution positioning


* Promote Schneider standards and preferred solutions

2.8 Internal Alignment


* Act as interface across:
+ Power / IA / Secure Power / Digital Energy teams
+ Key Account Sales
+ Tendering / Application Engineers


* Ensure "One Schneider" approach in front of contractor

Qualifications
Education


* Bachelor's degree or above (Electrical / Automation / Engineering preferred)

Experience


* 5-10 years of experience in: Electrical / Power / Automation / Building / Data Center


* Experience working with: Contractors / SI / EPC ecosystem
