The Smartcomm Platform is a strategic digital initiative focused on enabling real-time monitoring, control, analytics, and lifecycle management of connected systems-similar to modern SCADA platforms.

Role Summary

The Product Manager will lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution of the Smartcomm Platform, driving innovation in SCADA-like applications, IoT integrations, and digital customer experiences.

The role requires strong techno-functional expertise and the ability to translate business needs into scalable product solutions.

Key Responsibilities


* Define and own the Smartcomm product vision, roadmap, and feature prioritisation


* Lead end-to-end product lifecycle: ideation, development, launch, and continuous improvement


* Drive development of core platform capabilities:



* Real-time monitoring & remote control


* Device integration (IoT, controllers, sensors)


* Dashboards, analytics, and reporting


* Alerts, notifications, and system health

Collaborate with engineering, sales, and customer teams to deliver high-impact solutions

Ensure seamless integration with enterprise systems (CRM, ERP, data platforms)

Support go-to-market strategy, product positioning, and customer engagementsCandidate Profile

Experience


* 3-8 years' experience, including Product Management roles


* Experience in industrial software, SCADA, IoT, or energy management platforms preferred

* Strong understanding of SCADA / IoT platforms and real-time data systems

* Knowledge of cloud platforms, APIs, and digital architecture
