Today, Piedmont Plastics is currently hiring a Demand Generation Specialist.

What Are We Looking For?

We're looking for a data-driven marketing professional who is passionate about generating demand, optimizing campaign performance, and turning insights into action.

The ideal candidate will:


* Thrive in a collaborative environment while working cross-functionally with sales and marketing teams.


* Execute digital marketing campaigns that generate qualified leads and drive business growth.


* Leverage analytics and performance data to improve campaign effectiveness and marketing ROI.


* Have experience managing marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and paid media campaigns.


* Bring a proactive mindset focused on continuous improvement, testing, and innovation.

 In this position, you will be required to:

Marketing Automation and Campaign Execution


* Build, manage, and maintain marketing automation campaign workflows within the Company's marketing automation platform


* Develop email campaign builds including segmentation, scheduling, and delivery in alignment with demand generation strategy set by the Digital Platforms and Analytics Manager (DPAM).


* Ensure all campaign automation workflows are properly configured, tested, and functioning prior to launch

Campaign Performance Metrics


* Track and reports on campaign performance metrics including impressions, clicks, cost per lead, conversion rates, and pipeline contribution


* Build and maintains campaign performance dashboards for regular review by the Marketing management


* Provide consistent performance summaries that enable data-driven decision-making
