Pacific Coast Post-Acute is seeking a dedicated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our in-house rehabilitation team.

Responsibilities


* Provide occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist


* Assist residents in improving activities of daily living (ADLs), mobility, and functional independence


* Monitor resident progress and maintain accurate documentation


* Collaborate with therapists, nursing staff, and the interdisciplinary care team


* Educate residents, families, and caregivers on safety techniques and home programs

Qualifications


* Associate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program


* Current California COTA license


* Strong communication and teamwork skills


* Passion for resident-centered care


* New graduates and international candidates are encouraged to apply
