Tice Valley Post Acute is seeking a compassionate and motivated Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) to join our in-house therapy team.

Responsibilities


* Provide occupational therapy treatments under the direction of the Occupational Therapist


* Assist residents in improving daily living skills and functional independence


* Collaborate with nursing staff and rehabilitation team members


* Educate residents, families, and caregivers


* Maintain accurate and timely documentation


* Support discharge planning and continuity of care

Qualifications


* Current California COTA license


* Strong communication and teamwork skills


* Commitment to resident-centered care
