Salary: $70,304 - $75,000 annually

What You'll Do


* Lead and support daily operations of the dietary department to ensure smooth, efficient service


* Supervise, schedule, and develop dietary staff to maintain high performance standards


* Oversee food preparation and service, ensuring meals are safe, appetizing, and meet dietary requirements


* Manage food ordering, inventory, and budget controls


* Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility dietary and sanitation regulations.


* Collaborate with nursing, therapy, and interdisciplinary teams to support resident care


* Monitor resident dietary needs, preferences, and satisfaction


* Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen environment

What We're Looking For


* Experience in dietary services within a skilled nursing facility or healthcare setting preferred


* Leadership or supervisory experience required


* Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and dietary regulations


* Excellent organization, communication, and team-building skills


* ServSafe Certification (preferred) or willingness to obtain


* Passion for providing quality service and enhancing the resident experience
