General Purpose

The RN is responsible for supervising daily nursing activities and ensuring high-quality resident care in accordance with federal, state, and facility guidelines.
Key Responsibilities


* Supervise and support nursing staff during assigned shift


* Provide direct patient care and assess resident conditions


* Administer medications and treatments as ordered


* Communicate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team


* Ensure accurate and timely documentation


* Participate in care planning and quality improvement initiatives


* Maintain compliance with all safety and infection control standards

Qualifications


* Active, unencumbered RN license in California


* CPR certification required


* Skilled nursing experience preferred


* Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
