Schedule: PRN (Weekend Availability Preferred)

Shadelands Post Acute is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to join our exceptional in-house therapy team.

Responsibilities


* Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans


* Provide skilled physical therapy services to maximize function and independence


* Supervise PTAs and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team


* Participate in care planning and discharge preparation


* Complete accurate and timely documentation

Qualifications


* Current California Physical Therapist (PT) license


* Strong clinical and communication skills


* Ability to work independently and collaboratively


* Weekend availability preferred
