Consulting Services - Manager - Finance Strategy

Drive finance transformation across strategy, operating model, technology, data, and artificial intelligence (AI).

As a Finance Strategy Manager on Deloitte's Finance Transformation team, you will work with Finance and Technology leaders to solve complex challenges, modernize finance functions, and improve business performance.

You will help clients manage risk, enable innovation, and unlock greater value from the finance organization.

Work you'll do

As a Finance Strategy Manager on the Finance Transformation team, you will be responsible for:

• Leading finance strategy and transformation engagements focused on operating model design, process improvement, finance technology, data, and artificial intelligence (AI)

• Assessing client needs, synthesizing analyses, and developing recommendations aligned to engagement objectives and enterprise value

• Managing engagement delivery, including workstreams, deliverables, stakeholder communications, and project execution

• Supporting business development through proposal development, solution design, and client presentations

• Mentoring teams, strengthening client relationships, and contributing to practice growth

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Systems, or a related field

• 8+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or consulting, including advising chief financial officers (CFOs) in finance transformation, finance technology and architecture strategy, data and artificial intelligence (AI), capital strategy, cost optimization, process improvement, or service delivery and operating model design

• Experience leading at least 2 large-scale finance transformation projects involving finance process redesign, service delivery model development, or technology implementation
