Work you'll do

As a Senior Manager, Strategy, Growth & Transformation on the Finance Strategy team, you will be responsible for leading finance transformation initiatives that help clients improve performance, modernize operations, and strengthen finance's role as a strategic business partner.


* Lead finance strategy and transformation engagements from planning through delivery


* Advise CFOs and finance leaders on operating model design, process improvement, finance technology, data, and artificial intelligence-enabled transformation


* Develop business cases, scenario analyses, and recommendations for transformation, cost optimization, and value creation initiatives


* Build senior client relationships and lead executive workshops, presentations, and stakeholder alignment activities


* Mentor teams, oversee deliverable quality, and support business development and account growth

Qualifications

Required:


* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Systems, or a related field


* 10+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or consulting, including advising CFOs in finance transformation, finance technology, data, artificial intelligence, or operating model design


* 3+ years of experience leading teams of 3+ professionals and overseeing 1+ major change initiative from start to finish
