Position Summary

We are seeking a dependable and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team on a PRN basis.

This role provides flexibility while allowing you to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a skilled nursing environment.
Key Responsibilities


* Provide direct nursing care per care plans and physician orders


* Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately


* Monitor resident conditions and respond to changes appropriately


* Collaborate with CNAs, LPNs, and interdisciplinary team members


* Maintain accurate documentation in PointClickCare (PCC)


* Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations

Qualifications


* Current, active RN license in South Carolina (in good standing)


* Current CPR certification


* Must maintain all required continuing education


* Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred


* Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) preferred
