Part-Time Medical Front Desk **Multiple Schedules Available**

Vancouver Clinic is looking for a Front Desk Representative to join our team at our Salmon Creek 2 clinic.

To be successful in this role you will need a friendly demeanor, great attitude, and the desire to make a positive impact on our patients .

Responsibilities can include providing excellent customer service to our patients by welcoming and greeting patients and their families, collecting co- pays , obtaining and completing insurance information, answering phone calls , and scheduling appointments .

Location : Salmon Creek 2 ( 252 9 NE 139th St, Vancouver, WA 98686)

Schedule :

Saturday and Sunday6:30AM to 5:30PM

Saturday and Sunday12:00pm to 11:00PM

Hiring range generally between $18.00/hour to $21.37/hour, and placement in the range depends on an evaluation of experience.



* Evening Differential $3.00/hour & Weekend Differential Pay $2.56/hour

Requirements:



* High School Diploma or equivalent required.



* Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience required .



* Minimum of 1 year of medical front office experience preferred.



* Experience with Epic preferred.



* Excellent phone skills and customer service behaviors.



* Strong computer keyboarding skills required .

Pay Range:
$17.31 - $24.24
