What you'll achieve

As a Software Principal Engineer, you will be responsible for design intuitive, high-quality user experiences while collaborating closely with engineering teams.

This role is UX-first, with optional hands-on capability to contribute to front-end development.

You will:


* Own end-to-end UX: research, wireframes, prototypes, usability validation


* Translate business needs into intuitive design solutions


* Create user flows, design systems, and high-fidelity UI designs


* Partner with engineering for design implementation and quality


* Drive usability and design standards across products

Here's what we are looking for with this role:

Essential Requirements


* 8+ Years of strong experience in UX/UI design fundamentals and human-cantered design


* Proficiency in Figma / Sketch / InVision


* Experience with wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing


* Strong visual design and interaction design skills


* Working knowledge of Angular / React, HTML, CSS, JavaScript

Desirable Requirements


* 8-12 years of relevant experience
