What You'll Be Doing

Project Leadership & Execution


* Lead multiple high-impact IT projects from concept through deployment and support


* Develop project charters, business cases, budgets, timelines, resource plans, and risk mitigation strategies


* Manage scope, schedules, costs, quality, communications, and stakeholder expectations


* Deliver executive-level project updates and performance reporting


* Drive successful change management, training, and user adoption efforts

Technology & Application Development


* Design, develop, and enhance Oracle-based business applications


* Build solutions using Oracle APEX and PL/SQL


* Support enterprise integrations and application architecture initiatives


* Lead ERP upgrades, enhancements, global rollouts, and optimization projects


* Collaborate with business teams to identify opportunities for automation and process improvement

Global Business Partnership


* Facilitate requirements gathering and solution design workshops
