CNA Job Duties


* Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding


* Provide mobility assistance, transfers, and repositioning as needed


* Observe residents and promptly report changes in condition to licensed nursing staff


* Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with facility policies and state regulations


* Support a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for residents


* Deliver compassionate care while preserving resident dignity and independence


* Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members to provide high-quality care

CNA Requirements


* Active California Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required


* Current BLS/CPR certification preferred


* Strong communication and interpersonal skills


* Dependable, compassionate, and team-oriented attitude


* Skilled nursing, rehabilitation, long-term care, or healthcare experience preferred


* New CNA graduates are encouraged to apply
