Your Role:
Senior Associate, Logistics Procurement (Warehousing & Distribution)

As Senior Associate, Logistics Procurement (Warehousing & Distribution), you will be part of the Global Logistics Procurement team and support strategic sourcing for warehousing and distribution services across Latin America and Canada.

In this regional role, you will execute sourcing strategies, manage supplier relationships, and support internal and external manufacturing networks in alignment with global procurement priorities.

This position is focused on strategic sourcing and supplier management rather than transactional purchasing activities.

Your Responsibilities:


* Develop and implement regional strategic sourcing initiatives for warehousing and distribution services across Latin America and Canada, including support for internal and external manufacturing networks.


* Manage supplier relationships, negotiations, performance, compliance, and contract execution with logistics providers to deliver value, mitigate risk, and support continuous improvement.


* Execute regional warehousing and distribution procurement activities in close alignment with global category strategies and cross-functional stakeholders.


* Analyze sourcing and operational data, identify solutions to complex issues, and communicate recommendations that support business decisions and value realization.


* Provide backup support to colleagues and contribute to special projects or other logistics procurement activities as business needs evolve.

What You Need to Succeed (minimum qualifications):


* Education level — Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, Engineering, or a related field


* A minimum of 3 years of progressive procurement or strategic sourcing experience, including at least 1 year focused on logistics categories such as warehousing, distribution, or international freight


* Experience with strategic sourcing, supplier negotiations, and contract management, plus the ability to analyze data and communicate recommendations to internal stakeholders
