Senior Scrum Master I

We're seeking a Senior Scrum Master to lead Agile squads, foster collaboration, and drive high-quality product delivery.

What will you do?


* Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives to ensure team alignment and momentum


* Collaborate with Product Owners to align strategy with execution and manage sprint backlogs effectively


* Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve dependencies and create integrated delivery schedules


* Coach squads in Agile methodologies, track performance metrics, and drive process improvements that enhance efficiency
