Position: Manager - R&D
Experience: 5-8 years
Educational Qualification: B.E./B.Tech (Electrical Engineer)
Key Responsibilities/Deliverables
New Product Development in Low Voltage Switchgear Standard products- Final Distribution products portfolio (MCBs, RCCB, RCBOs & MCCBs).
Product variance & improvements based on market requirements.
Type testing & Certification of products.
Technical support to Marketing, Manufacturing & Industrialization team.
Application of Six Sigma quality tools across product development cycle.
Functional Competencies
Basic understanding on LV standards IEC 60947-1&2 (Circuit Breaker), IEC 60898 (MCB), IEC 61008 (RCCB), IEC 61009 (RCBO).
Experienced in use of CAD & CEA tools (Creo) - FEA will be added advantage.
Coordination with Cross functional team, external test labs, Customers & Vendors in ensuring Project deliverables.
Strong subject knowledge expertise in field of Electrical Engineering & Electromechanical (Electronics will be added advantage).
