Engineer II, Industrialization Assembly Process Engineering
Join us as an Industrialization Assembly Process Engineer and play a key role in transforming our manufacturing operations.
You'll lead projects that optimize assembly processes, integrate cutting-edge technologies, and drive efficiency across our production facilities.
What will you do?
* Manage industrial projects including localization, transfers, and capacity increases to support scalable operations
* Conduct diagnostics and implement process improvements that enhance assembly efficiency and quality
* Collaborate with procurement, quality, and logistics teams to ensure seamless project execution and alignment
* Drive the integration of advanced manufacturing technologies to optimize production and support sustainable operations

* Manufacturing Process Optimization - intermediate level; identifying and implementing improvements that increase throughput and reduce waste
* Continuous Improvement - developing level; applying lean methodologies to drive operational excellence
