Role Summary

We are looking for a Technical Writer to lead the creation and management of technical documentation for key products (RTU, T300/Janus, T500).

The objective is to ensure high-quality, scalable, and sustainable documentation.

Key Responsibilities


* Create and maintain technical documentation (manuals, guides, FAQs, release notes).


* Collaborate closely with Engineering, QA and technical support.


* Define and improve documentation standards and processes.


* Manage the full documentation lifecycle (creation, review, publishing, updates).


* Leverage AI tools as a core part of daily work to generate, structure, and optimize content.


* Improve documentation to reduce support incidents.


* Ensure consistency across products.


* Support functional testing activities to inform documentation creation and ensure alignment with real product behavior.

Requirements


* 3+ years of experience as a Technical Writer in tech environments.


* Experience documenting software, hardware, or industrial systems (RTU/SCADA is a plus).


* Strong technical writing skills in English


* Experience in modern tools (OpenAPI, MkDocs/Docusaurus, AI-assisted authoring...) to streamline content creation, enforce quality standards, and maintain alignment between code and documentation.


* Experience working in Agile environments.


* Hands-on experience using AI tools for documentation tasks (content generation, structuring, review).


* Soft skills: autonomy, attention to detail, strong communication, and continuous improvement in mindset.

Nice to Have


* Experience with RTU, SCADA, or industrial/telecontrol systems.


* Experience in designing and implementing automated technical documentation pipelines (Docs-as-Code, API generation, CI/CD integration) ensuring accurate, versioned, and continuously updated content.


* Experience bringing documentation in-house from external vendors.


* Exposure to testing practices (QA collaboration, exploratory testing).


* English: C1 level
