Work you'll do

As a Senior Consultant, Technical Resilience on the Strategy, Growth, and Transformation team, you will be responsible for:


* Supporting the assessment, design, and implementation of technical resilience, business continuity, and operational resilience programs


* Analyzing client processes, systems, dependencies, and risks to identify resilience gaps and recommend remediation actions


* Developing recovery strategies, continuity plans, playbooks, and supporting documentation for critical business and technology functions


* Facilitating exercises, testing activities, and stakeholder working sessions to evaluate readiness and improve response capabilities


* Creating project deliverables, status updates, and client presentations that communicate findings, priorities, and implementation plans

Qualifications

Required:


* Bachelor's degree


* 4+ years of experience in business continuity, disaster recovery, operational resilience, technical resilience, cyber resilience, or risk program delivery


* 4+ years of experience assessing business processes, technology environments, and interdependencies to identify operational or recovery risks
