Work you'll do

As a Senior Consultant on the Moveworks team, you will be responsible for:


* Leading Moveworks implementation projects and workstreams across discovery, design, build, test, and deployment activities using an agile deployment methodology


* Establishing user journeys and user stories to support the design and configuration of the Moveworks AI Assistant, including knowledge management, conversational flows, and enterprise search capabilities


* Configuring and optimizing AI agents, plugins, and integrations within the Moveworks platform to automate employee support workflows across HR, IT, and other enterprise functions


* Collaborating with client stakeholders and cross-functional teams to gather requirements, document current-state service delivery operations, and support joint design sessions


* Managing project plans, milestones, risks, scope, and deliverables while supporting integrations with enterprise systems such as ServiceNow, Workday, and other human resources information system or information technology service management platforms
