Anaplan Manager

Deloitte is seeking an Anaplan Manager to lead the design and delivery of enterprise planning solutions for complex client environments.

This role combines client advisory, solution design, and team leadership across planning, forecasting, and performance management initiatives.

The ideal candidate brings hands-on Anaplan experience, experience leading project teams, and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable models that support business decision-making.

Work you'll do

As an Anaplan Manager on the Finance Transformation team, you will be responsible for leading client-facing planning transformation initiatives and delivering scalable Anaplan solutions.


* Lead the design, build, and deployment of Anaplan models for planning, budgeting, forecasting, workforce planning, and scenario analysis use cases


* Facilitate client sessions to define business requirements, model structure, data needs, and implementation priorities


* Manage project workstreams, delivery timelines, and quality reviews across cross-functional teams and stakeholder groups


* Oversee testing, deployment, integration, and post-production support activities for Anaplan implementations


* Coach junior practitioners, review model development standards, and identify opportunities to expand solution adoption
