Overview

Responsible for coordinating housekeeping operations while maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of guest rooms and public areas.

This dual-role position serves as a communication link between guests, housekeeping staff, and other departments while ensuring rooms are cleaned and prepared according to company standards to provide an exceptional guest experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities


* Receive, prioritize, and dispatch housekeeping requests, work orders, and guest service requests.


* Coordinate room assignments and communicate task updates to housekeeping staff.


* Monitor and update room status in the property management system (clean, dirty, inspected, vacant, occupied, and out-of-order).


* Answer housekeeping phone calls and respond to guest inquiries professionally and promptly.


* Communicate with Front Desk, Engineering, Security, and other departments regarding room readiness and guest requests.


* Maintain accurate records of housekeeping activities, lost and found items, and service requests.
