Medical Assistant - Ambulatory Surgery Center
Vancouver Clinic is hiring a Medical Assistant for our dynamic Ambulatory Surgery Center at our Salmon Creek 2 location.
In this role, you'll support the overall delivery of patient care in the post-anesthesia care unit by assisting nursing staff with patient monitoring and post-op care, preparing and maintaining exam rooms and equipment, supporting the discharge process, and helping maintain safety and infection control standards.

Location : Salmon Creek 2 (2529 NE 139 th Street - Vancouver, WA 98686)
Schedule: four, 10-hour shifts with variable start/end times on rotating weeks (one week: 6:00a-4:30p, one week: 7:00a-5:30p, one week: 8:00a-6:30p)
Hiring Range is generally between $20.
59 -$ 24.
68 and placement in the range depends on an evaluation of experience .
With active Washington State Department of Health Medical Assistant-Certified credential, hiring range is generally between $2 2.25 -$2 7.48 and placement in the range depends on an evaluation of experience
Requirements:
* High Schoo l dip l oma or equiva l ent
* Required comp l etion of one of the fo l l owing : current Washington State Medica l A s sistant-Certified credentia l or combination of experience a nd training resu l ting in a nationa l l y recognized certification or comp l etion of a forma l MA program or forma l medica l services training program of the United States A rmed Forces or EMT training a nd certification or current Washington State Nursing A s sistant-Certification.
Must obtain Washington State Medica l A s sistant credentia l within required timeframe a nd maintain a ctive status throughout emp l oyment.
* Current hea l thcare provider B L S required
* Experience with a n e l ectronic hea l th record, Epic experience strong l y preferred.
