Compensation: $25.00 - $26.00 per hour (Based on Experience)

Schedule: Part Time

Location: Western Addition / Fillmore District

Your Impact & Responsibilities

As an RNA, you play a pivotal role in the rehabilitative journey of our residents.

You will lead specialized care programs designed to maintain and improve physical function:


* Restorative Care Leadership: Facilitate vital therapeutic activities, including specialized exercises, range-of-motion routines, and ambulation programs.


* Clinical Resident Support: Assist with therapeutic dining, proper splinting, and daily hygiene (ADLs) to ensure resident dignity and progress.


* Precision Documentation: Maintain accurate clinical records, including resident weights and care updates, utilizing Point Click Care (PCC).


* Safety & Prevention: Proactively prevent skin breakdown through regular repositioning and the expert use of pressure-relief tools.


* Collaborative Communication: Act as a key clinical link by reporting status changes to supervisors and participating in restorative program meetings.

Qualifications


* Licensure: Must possess an active California CNA license and RNA certification.


* Experience: One year of experience in a long-term care or post-acute environment is preferred.
