Responsibilities


* Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.


* Implement evidence-based physical therapy interventions.


* Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, therapists, patients, and families.


* Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.


* Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.


* Support patients in achieving their highest possible level of independence and function.

Qualifications


* Current and valid Physical Therapist (PT) license required.


* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


* Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.


* Ability to work effectively both independently and within a multidisciplinary team.
