Pay Rate: $45.00-$50.00 per hour DOE
Schedule: Part-Time, All Shifts Available (AM, PM, NOC)

Moraga Post Acute is seeking compassionate and skilled Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our growing team.

We are currently hiring for part-time positions on all shifts (AM, PM, and NOC).

In this role, you will provide high-quality patient care, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and help ensure the comfort, safety, and well-being of our residents.

Key Responsibilities


* Provide direct nursing care in accordance with individualized care plans


* Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians


* Monitor residents' conditions and promptly report any changes


* Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation


* Collaborate with physicians, therapists, CNAs, and interdisciplinary team members


* Educate and support residents and their families


* Ensure compliance with all regulatory, safety, and infection control standards


* Assist with admissions, discharges, and resident assessments as needed


* Promote a positive, safe, and resident-centered care environment

Qualifications


* Current and active California RN license


* Strong clinical judgment and assessment skills


* Excellent communication and teamwork abilities


* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment


* Previous post-acute or skilled nursing experience preferred, but not required


* Commitment to providing compassionate, resident-focused care
