Position Summary

We are seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist (OTR) to provide high-quality, patient-centered care on a PRN basis.

This role focuses on helping residents improve independence, function, and quality of life through skilled therapy services.
Key Responsibilities


* Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans


* Provide skilled occupational therapy services per physician orders


* Document evaluations, treatments, and progress notes in compliance with regulations


* Collaborate with physicians, nursing, and interdisciplinary team members


* Educate residents, families, and caregivers on therapy programs


* Participate in care planning, discharge planning, and team meetings


* Conduct in-services and staff education as needed


* Ensure compliance with all state practice acts and regulatory standards

Qualifications


* Degree in Occupational Therapy (Bachelor's required; Master's or Doctorate preferred)


* Active South Carolina Occupational Therapist license (OTR) in good standing


* Experience in skilled nursing or rehab setting preferred


* Familiarity with PointClickCare and Casamba preferred


* Strong documentation, communication, and clinical skills
