Organization Workforce & Change Manager

Work you'll do
As a Manager on the Organization, Workforce & Change team, you will be responsible for supporting clients through workforce and change initiatives that improve business performance, adoption, and long-term value.
* Advise clients on workforce and change priorities that support business transformation and operating model changes.
* Assess stakeholder impacts, organizational readiness, and culture considerations; develop mitigation and adoption strategies.
* Design and execute communication, learning, and user adoption plans, including training materials, job aids, and other enablement assets.
* Analyze qualitative and quantitative data, synthesize findings, and develop presentations and recommendations for client and project leadership.
* Support project delivery through cross-functional collaboration, risk management, agile ways of working, and contributions to practice development, recruiting, and proposals.
