Work you'll do/Responsibilities


* Partner with product owners and business stakeholders to intake, clarify, and document analytics needs (problem statements, scope, assumptions, success metrics/KPIs).


* Translate needs into Agile/SAFe-ready work: epics/features/user stories, acceptance criteria, and sprint-ready backlog items; support sprint planning/reviews/retros and cross-team coordination.


* Provide ad-hoc analysis and "quick-turn" reporting (directional insights, quick views) and, where appropriate, build lightweight dashboards in Tableau/Power BI; collaborate with BI/reporting developers to industrialize high-usage reporting.


* Support recurring analyses/reports (monthly/biweekly/weekly as applicable): define requirements, validate outputs with stakeholders, and maintain runbooks.


* Coordinate/support UAT and release/change activities (dependency tracking, risk/issue management, stakeholder comms) aligned to our client's standards and governance processes.


* Communicate regularly with Engagement Managers (Directors), project team members, and representatives from various functional and / or technical teams, including escalating any matters that require additional attention and consideration from engagement management
