Senior Manager - Production

You'll lead teams across shifts, optimize workflows, and partner with cross-functional stakeholders to drive performance and continuous improvement.

What will you do?


* Oversee manufacturing operations and ensure consistent execution of standards across all shifts


* Coordinate production planning, set priorities, and allocate resources to meet throughput and quality goals


* Monitor KPIs, address deviations in safety and quality, and escalate blockers to keep operations on track


* Collaborate with maintenance, supply chain, and quality teams to stabilize performance and implement improvements
