Busway Offer Marketing Manager

We are looking for Busway Offer Marketing Manager to join our team in Dubai.

Responsibilities:



* Lead Busway offer strategy, positioning, competitive analysis, value proposition and GTM plans.


* Support product launches, marketing content, training materials, presentations and partner enablement.


* Manage portfolio lifecycle: reference creation, documentation, certifications, and pricing inputs.


* Review tender specifications, prepare quotations and required technical/commercial submissions.


* Coordinate full order cycle: order booking, factory & OPC follow-up, production tracking, dispatch readiness, logistics, LC/invoice documentation, and expediting when needed.


* Maintain Busway project pipeline and enquiry/order tracking tools.


* Act as point of contact for customers/partners during execution: site queries, technical clarifications, installation support.


* Handle warranty claims, escalate quality issues to factories and ensure closure.


* Work closely with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, MARCOM and Global Busway teams to secure smooth execution and business growth.

Qualifications



* Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.


* At least 10 years of experience in Busway systems, LV distribution, data center solutions, or related fields.


* Experience in designing busbar components, ACB panels, Tap-Off units, or project engineering preferred.


* Strong analytical and product management skills.


* Excellent communication and stakeholder management ability.


* Familiarity with manufacturing processes, quality standards, and installation practices.


* Experience in forecasting, demand planning, or process improvement is an advantage.
