Deputy Manager - Production

We're hiring a Team Lead to supervise manual cell operations and drive performance on the production floor.

What will you do?


* Lead daily manual cell operations to achieve safety, quality, and production targets consistently


* Coordinate staffing, work instructions, and material flow to keep operations running smoothly


* Coach and develop operators on standard work, ergonomics, and continuous improvement techniques


* Monitor performance, verify quality inspections, and resolve issues quickly while escalating when needed
