As a Co-Location Financial Center Manager in a J.P.

Morgan Center and Chase Branch, you will be at the forefront of delivering attentive and friendly service, creating a welcoming environment that puts employees and clients first.

You will lead and manage all aspects of the branch including growing deposits and investments, operations, and coaching the team for success.

You will represent our brand and culture with the utmost hospitality, delivering the latest banking solutions and cutting-edge financial technology, as well as collaborating with our team of experts to help with specialized financial needs for clients.

Job responsibilities



* Act as an ambassador of J.P.

Morgan, creating a personalized and exceptional customer experience.


* Be a motivating force for the branch team by sharing a clear vision and embodying our company's engaging culture and values of Service, Heart, Curiosity, Courage, and Excellence.


* Build and cultivate a high-performing team through coaching, feedback, and celebrating successes to boost morale and motivation.


* Share insights and utilize product knowledge to empower and mentor bankers, helping them identify client needs and build strong relationships with our team of experts.


* Engage in meaningful discussions about the markets, economy, and macroeconomic factors to enhance the knowledge and expertise of bankers and One Chase partners.


* Ensure a strong risk and control environment by using sound judgment, acting with integrity, and protecting our company and clients, following policies and procedures.


* Deliver on the goals of the branch by leveraging the Branch Scorecard to identify strategies to successfully grow deposits and investments.


* Prioritize understanding and meeting the needs of our clients to build lasting relationships and trust.
