主な業務内容


* ·担当ホテルにおける価格設定の更新・見直しを実施し、最適な収益戦略の遂行を支援


* 各種データおよび実績の分析を通じ、収益向上に向けた示唆の提供


* レベニュー関連会議の準備・運営補助および議事内容の整理・共有


* 需要予測および販売構成の設定・調整に関するサポート業務


* 各種レポート作成や分析業務、プロジェクト対応を通じた業務改善の推進

応募資格


* ホスピタリティ、ビジネス、データ分析等の分野における学士号を取得された方（新卒・既卒可）


* 数値分析力に優れ、データに基づいた論理的思考ができる方


* ステークホルダーに対して明確かつ適切に情報を伝えられるコミュニケーション能力


* 複数の業務を正確かつ効率的に遂行できる業務遂行力


* Excel、PowerPoint等の基本的なPCスキルを有する方

Your Day to Day


* Support daily pricing activities, including reviews, updates and multiple pricing cycles across assigned hotels.


* Analyse data and performance trends to support forecasting, pricing decisions and revenue strategy.


* Prepare for and support revenue meetings, ensuring clear insights and follow‑through on actions.


* Work on forecasts and business mix planning, including setup, submissions and ongoing adjustments.


* Deliver reports, analysis and project support to help improve revenue performance across the portfolio.

What We Need From You


* Recent graduate in Hospitality, Business, Data Analytics or a related field.


* Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail.


* Confident communication skills with the ability to present insights clearly.


* Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast‑paced environment.


* Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and general data tools.
