What are we looking for?

The Technology Innovation Specialist is a highly autonomous individual contributor embedded within the People Assurance Innovation Lab and reporting directly to the VP of Technology.

This role sits at the intersection of software development and product strategy and serves as a critical bridge between raw innovation and its broader impact - whether for executive audiences, the general public, or our own product teams.

This person transforms early-stage ideas, proof-of-concepts, and technical breakthroughs into compelling, polished artifacts: live demos, presentation decks, demo videos, written narratives, and handoff materials.

They also independently conceive, build, and evangelize their own innovations.

When an innovation is ready to move into production, this role translates it into clear, actionable context that our product and engineering teams can act on.

In addition, this role may serve as a liaison for innovation initiatives through the VP of Technology, supporting executive-level strategic charters and the People Assurance executive operating system.
