What you will do:

You will be in charge of the following aspects:


* Support order, sales, and P&L analysis and identify key trends and variances


* Assist with monthly project reviews, analyze deviations, and contribute to preparing accurate P&L, balance sheet, and backlog reports


* Participate in rolling forecasts and support preparation for business reviews


* Contribute to the preparation of management dashboards


* Perform ad hoc analyses and deliver more granular insights to support the business


* Support digitalization initiatives and transformation processes

What we need from you:


* Ongoing university studies in Hungary, in finance/accounting or related field in economics


* Possible commitment for at least 1 year with minimum 1-year active student status


* Advanced English and Hungarian knowledge (fluent speaking and writing), as you will be part of an international team


* You have advanced digital skills, experience with MS Office with strong focus on Excel skills, you are eager to discover and learn new digital tools as well


* You have an analytical and critical mindset, with high interest in finance/controlling related topics


* You have a tolerance for monotonity


* You have good communication and problem-solving skills, and consider yourself a team player


* For this position it is essential to have attention to details


* It is a plus if you have already gained some work experience in this field

* Flexible and hybrid working schedule: minimum 20-30 hours/week or more, with a possibility of home office, (1-2 times/week availability in the morning hours, flexible to your schedule)


* Gross salary: 2200 HUF/hour
