Services Sales Account Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Services Sales Account Manager to drive Services business growth in Qatar's Oil & Gas sector.

Managing key Oil & Gas customer accounts and develop opportunities across the Schneider Electric full Services portfolio, including Recurring contracts, Modernization, Digital solutions, and lifecycle services.

A strong understanding of Substation Control & Monitoring Systems (SCMS) will enable you to position high-value solutions and support complex technical discussions.
Key Responsibilities:


* Drive Services sales growth across major Oil & Gas accounts in Qatar


* Manage full sales cycle: opportunity identification, proposal, negotiation, closure


* Build strong relationships across engineering, operations, and leadership levels


* Develop and manage a strong pipeline across the Services portfolio


* Leverage SCMS knowledge to identify upgrades, modernization, and digital opportunitie


* Collaborate with tendering, execution, and technical teams for successful delivery

What We're Looking For:


* 5-10 years in Services Sales, Technical Sales, or Oil & Gas industry


* Proven track record in business development and sales growth


* GCC experience preferred


* Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or related field


* Strong understanding of services, maintenance, and lifecycle solutions of Electrical Distribution Systems


* Knowledge of SCMS, substation automation, or power systems Solid knowledge of Protection relays and protection concepts, Power quality fundamentals Power monitoring and metering architectures


* Experience on Electrical Distribution Equipment's -MV .LV Systems


* Strong customer engagement and relationship-building


* Commercially driven and results-oriented


* Ability to manage complex sales cycles
