Test Technician

Key Responsibilities:


* Perform test cycle operations for pre and post screening for our burn-in process.


* Utilize PC to load correct firmware per work instructions.


* Document test results and generate reports as requested.


* Perform electrical maintenance, repairs, and inspections on manufacturing equipment.


* Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with motors, control panels, sensors, wiring, and automated systems.


* Support equipment installation, calibration, and upgrades.


* Read and interpret electrical schematics, diagrams, and technical manuals.


* Maintain accurate maintenance records and utilize computer-based tools for work orders and documentation.


* Follow all safety procedures and support continuous improvement initiatives.


* Other duties as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications:


* Associate's degree in Electrical Technology, Industrial Maintenance, or related field.


* Strong computer skills (e.g., LabVIEW or other systems, documentation software).


* Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is a plus.


* Knowledge of industrial controls, instrumentation, and safety standards.

Working Conditions:

The employee will work in a Manufacturing and laboratory test environment.

The noise level in the work environment is moderate (office) to loud (production area).

The employee may be exposed to fumes from chemicals and soldering glues in the manufacturing areas.
