What you will do

The Regional Supplier Lifecycle Manager leads the management of qualified suppliers providing packaging components to the North America region.

This role partners with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure quality, supply continuity, compliance, risk management, service, sustainability, and cost objectives are met.

The ideal candidate is a strategic, hands-on leader with deep expertise in packaging components, supplier quality, and regulated manufacturing.

This individual brings strong technical judgment, a data-driven approach, and the ability to influence suppliers and internal stakeholders to deliver quality, service, and business results.

This role also provides leadership to a regional team supporting supplier lifecycle activities and performance improvement.

The successful candidate will be an effective people leader who can prioritize work, develop talent, drive accountability, and collaborate across quality, procurement, operations, and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

Supplier Lifecycle Management


* Manage the lifecycle of qualified packaging component suppliers across the region, ensuring continuity of supply and compliance with quality, regulatory, operational, and contractual requirements.


* Provide lifecycle oversight for packaging component categories such as bottles, closures, blisters, vials, stoppers, syringes, labels, cartons, flexible materials, cans and related component systems.

Performance & Risk Management


* Monitor supplier performance through KPIs, scorecards, and business reviews to identify trends, assess risk, and support supply reliability.


* Identify quality, supply, and operational risks within the supplier base and partner with cross-functional stakeholders to implement mitigation plans.
