* Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution
* 3 years of environmental experience in manufacturing or similar environment
* Experience with supporting health and safety programs
* Employee must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
* 5 years of environmental experience in manufacturing or similar environment
* Experience with computer systems such as spreadsheets and technical applications
* Ability to read, analyze, and interpret EHS regulations and standards and other technical reports and data
* TRI and Tier 2 reporting experience
* Ability to write reports, correspondence and procedure manuals
* Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers and employees
* Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete requirements in situations where only limited standardization exists
* Ability to interpret and apply Federal, State of Michigan and local regulations
