Trade Compliance Senior Analyst

Our Import-Export team within Materials and Procurement provides trade compliance support for end-to-end order management and delivery processes.

What you'll achieve
Reporting to the EMEA Trade Compliance Director you will be part of a team that manages both import and export compliance activities across EMEA.
In this role you will have the opportunity to work in a fast paced, changing regulatory environment working with internal teams such as legal, logistics and tax as well as external partners and Government agencies to support and enable growth, while maintaining an exceptional level of compliance
As a Trade Compliance Senior Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring that return shipments and ad hoc international movements are exported and imported in accordance with applicable customs regulations.
You will:
* Review, prepare, and validate commercial invoices to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with customs requirements.
* Support the execution of return shipments and non-standard (ad hoc) shipments across global locations.
* Ensure all shipping documentation aligns with regulatory and company standards.
* Provide guidance on Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HTS) classification, country of origin, customs valuation and act as a subject matter expert on trade compliance topics for internal teams.

Here's what we are looking for with this role:
Essential Requirements
* Minimum 3 years' experience in a trade compliance, customs, or international logistics role.
* Strong working knowledge of EU customs regulations, including: classification (CN/HTS), customs valuation principles, rule of origin.
* Knowledge of customs procedures, documentation and regulatory requirements.
* Knowledge of English at a communicative level (reading, writing and speaking).
Desirable Requirements
* Familiarity with Polish customs requirements and procedures, combined with the ability to apply customs regulations in practical, business-focused scenarios.
* Experience supporting returns processing and non-routine shipments, with strong communication skills to effectively collaborate across stakeholders.
